By using the facilities of our Baseball Facility, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scheduling: All individuals must strictly adhere to their scheduled time slots. Exceeding the allocated time or cancellation of reservations is not permitted. 

​

2. Cancellations: Reservations are final. Cancellations are not permitted, but we do allow rescheduling in case of unforeseen circumstances.

​

3. Footwear: Only appropriate footwear such as sneakers or turf shoes are allowed. Please note that cleats of any kind are strictly prohibited.

​

4. Equipment: Unauthorized use or theft of the facility's equipment, including but not limited to bats and balls, is strictly prohibited.

​

5. Safety: Keep your hands out of the nets and fences at all times.

​

6. Cleanliness: All participants are required to clean up after themselves in both the batting cages and lounge area. This includes putting away any equipment used.

​

7. Littering: Dispose of all trash in its designated receptacles. Littering is not allowed.

​

8. Respect: Be respectful of others using the facility at all times, and respect their right to a pleasant experience.

​

9. Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using the facility.

​

10. Food and Beverages: No outside food or beverages are permitted within the facility, with the exception of water bottles. This includes Gum and Sunflower seeds.

​

11. Equipment Placement: Keep all Baseball gear off of all walls, as well as all hands and feet.

​

12. Language: Offensive language and swearing are not allowed. We uphold a strict policy to ensure a positive and constructive environment.

13. Use of Facilities: Participants must only use the batting cage assigned to them. Unauthorized use of other cages is not allowed.

Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate termination of privileges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, aimed at ensuring a fair, efficient, and respectful environment for all users.

By booking a cage or facility rental, I acknowledge that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury or equipment damage.

 

I agree to follow all facility rules, including not moving pitching machines and using equipment appropriately.

​

I hereby release Hit Factory Los Angeles LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the facility. I assume full responsibility for myself and any minors under my supervision.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
